In Memory of Dominic A. Garbarino
Dominic A. Garbarino, aged 88, passed away peacefully at home on February 13, 2025. A lifelong resident of Framingham and Dennis, he was married to his beloved wife, Maureen, for 52 years. Born in Framingham, he excelled in athletics during his time as vice president of the Framingham High School class of 1955 and later graduated from Northeastern University in 1960. For over five decades, he operated Garbarino?s Package Store, becoming a cherished figure in the community. Dominic was deeply involved with the Christopher Columbus Club and was known for his loving nature and humor, particularly as a devoted father and grandfather to his 11 grandchildren. He is survived by his four children and extended family, while he was predeceased by his sister Rose. Family and friends are invited to pay their respects on February 20, 2025, at the Norton, McKinney & Lawler Funeral Home, with a funeral Mass on February 21 at St. Tarcisius Church. In his memory, donations can be made to the Framingham Heart Study.
